THE SWAN AT FELSTED PRIVATE ROOM

We do not charge a room hire fee, however we do request a non-refundable holding deposit to secure the booking, this can be paid in the form of cash, card, or cheque. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final bill on the day.

Deposit amounts:
10-12 guests £50 deposit
12+ guests £100 deposit

We request a minimum number of 10 adult guests to use the private room. Bookings below that number will be charged for 10 guests.

Please pre order champagne, wine and water one week prior to your function to ensure sufficient quantities are chilled and available.

Please refrain from using blue tack, sticky tape, pins or any form of fixings to hang celebratory banners or balloons. Smoking is not permitted in the private room, however smoking facilities are available in our courtyard garden.

For parties up to the number of 12 guests we will provide our sample private dining room menu, unfortunately menus cannot be confirmed until the morning of your booking due to market availability. For parties that require a guaranteed menu, we ask for a pre order at least 1 week prior to the event.

We ask that all parties exceeding a total number of 12 guests pre-order at least 1 week prior to the event.

Please notify us of any food allergies and special dietary requirements one week prior to the event.

Finally, we request that all bills are settled on the day before the party departs from the venue. We accept cash, debit/credit cards (excluding; diners card & American Express), regrettably we can NOT accept final payment in the form of a cheque.
