| TERMS & CONDITIONS We do not charge a room hire fee however we do request a booking deposit of £50, this can be paid in the form of cash, card, or cheque. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day. We request all bills to be settled on the day of the meeting. We accept payment in the form of cash or debit/credit card (excluding diners and American Express. Regrettably we do NOT accept cheques. We can arrange for an invoice to be posted to the business offices within 48 hours of your meeting. Conference equipment is available to hire through The Swan at Felsted. Rates as follows:-
All equipment must be pre-booked and any damage caused to conference equipment will be charged at full repair or replacement cost. We request a minimum of 6 delegates for all business meetings. Bookings below that number will be charged the difference. Please refrain from using blue tack, pins or any form of fixings to hang presentations displays on the walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures or fittings. Damage to the fabric of the room or its contents will be charged at cost of repair. The menus are selected by the Head Chef
depending on what is available from the markets on the day of your reservation.
Although everything will be done to accommodate your requests, we cannot
guarantee the menus until that morning. A 10% discretionary service charge will be added to all private room bookings. |
