TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING
THE COMPASSES AT PATTISWICK PRIVATE ROOM

We do not charge a room hire fee, however we do request a non-refundable holding deposit to secure the booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final bill on the day.

Deposit amounts:
12-20 guests £50 deposit
20-30 guests £100 deposit
30-60 guests £200 deposit

We request a minimum number of 12 adult guests to use the private room. Bookings below that number will be charged for 12 guests.

Please pre order champagne, wine and water one week prior to your function to ensure sufficient quantities are chilled and available.

Please refrain from using blue tack, sticky tape, pins or any form of fixings to hang celebratory banners or balloons. Smoking is not permitted in the private room, however smoking facilities are available on the private room patio.

We will happily accept birthday cake orders, we ask that all order forms are delivered to chef two weeks prior to your booking date. We are happy for our guests to bring birthday cakes into the private dining room at a surcharge of £1.50 per guest.

For parties up to the number of 20 guests we will provide our sample private dining room menu, unfortunately menus cannot be confirmed until the morning of your booking due to market availability. For parties that require a guaranteed menu, we ask for a pre order at least 1 week prior to the event.

We ask that all parties exceeding a total number of 20 guests pre-order at least 1 week prior to the event.

Please notify us of any food allergies and special dietary requirements one week prior to the event.
