Use of the Private Room from 6.30am to 8.30am. Working breakfast of full English; egg, bacon, sausage, tomato, mushrooms & fried bread or Continental; toast, croissants, pastries & fresh fruit. Accompanied by fresh fruit juices, bottles of still water and cafetiere coffee & tea.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING THE COMPASSES PRIVATE ROOM

We do not charge a room hire fee however we do request a booking deposit of £50. This will be deducted from your final bill

We request all bills to be settled on the day of the meeting. A receipt will be posted to the business offices within 48 hours of your meeting. Any alternative credit arrangements must be approved in advance. Overdue accounts will incur an additional charge of 2% of the total invoice per day.

Conference equipment is available to hire through The Compasses at Pattiswick. Rates are as follows:-

Damage caused to conference equipment will be charged at full repair or replacement cost.

We request a minimum of 8 delegates for all business meetings. Bookings below that number will be charged for 8 delegates.

Please refrain from using blue tack, pins or any form of fixings to hang presentations displays. Smoking is not permitted in the private room; however smoking is permitted outside on the Private Room patio.

The menus are selected by the Head Chef depending on what is available from the markets on the day of your reservation. Although everything will be done to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee the menus until that morning. Please notify the Front of House manager in advance of any allergies or specific dietary requests.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and are correct at the time of going to press. The Compasses at Pattiswick reserves the right to alter any prices, without prior notification, dependant upon market fluctuations.
